You will be responsible to future-proof our Department’s skill development, by creating relevant digital training videos for key processes in our department. These videos should serve a purpose in onboarding new employees and should also be used as reference material for existing members of the team.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To review, understand and improve current training material on key SQA processes.
- To translate these into scripts that allow for A.I. videos to be generated (software is available).
- To test these videos with a small team of SQM’s to ensure that the message is clear and complete.
- To link these videos to our skill matrix
- To propose a structure and governance to keep this material up-to-date.

- You are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in the field of Business Administration / Industrial Engineering and Management
- You are able to deliver your work with precision
- You have a good command of the English language

- Zero defect suppliers by meticulously selecting new suppliers and by continuously monitoring and developing existing ones.
- Zero defect launches by rigorously managing and overseeing the industrialization of new developments.
Together, these initiatives and strategies ensure that we remain at the forefront of quality assurance in the truck manufacturing industry, continually meeting and exceeding the expectations of our customers and stakeholders.
